The staff and owner were excellent, making my vacation stay very enjoyable, and the location close to the beach was perfect.

Greatly enjoyed this good budget hotel, can't recommend highly enough. Everything was great, so were gorgeous views of the sea. The location was marvellous and cosy for me as it was very close to Tsoukalades, best beaches on the island, and a nice taverna to eat, a bakery, a supermarket. It also was close to the airport.

The hotel is fabulous, nestled in a nice building with garden views. All of the venue's staff are nice and very kind. A nice restaurant has OUTSTANDING food. I would definitely return here, loved really great stay.

The staff here is extremely friendly, and the location is very central, making it convenient for exploring the area.

Perfect, cosy location just off the western coast of Lefkada and restaurants. Private parking on site provided.

our recent stay at tsoukaladhes was even better than before! pansion filoxenia exceeded our expectations. the well-equipped rooms, daily cleaning, and helpful host made our stay unforgettable. the location was perfect for exploring the beaches and the local flavor added a special touch. highly recommended!

Water issues one night.

Great time at Pansion Filoxenia! The owner was very friendly and helpful, he gave us a lot of information about all the places of the island, including trips and cruisers, best beaches and nature of the roads. Large room and terrace, regular cleaning services. Free open parking. The location is right in the centre of Tsoukalades, on the main road, the correct gps coordinates: n:38.82145° X e:20.65615° (The gps coordinates in the booking information was wrong).Strongly recommend it!

No internet connection, but you can live without it! Need a car to go to the beaches.

friendly, comfortable and polite. it was nice that we didnot use the aircondition and that it was near to the beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our studio suite with a balcony and bathroom. We were greeted by excellent, amicable staff. - the hotel was in a nice location close to Lefkada offers, coffee shop, and 2 supermarkets, a bakery, and a nice restaurant.

The oner it was very nice person, he gived us water and beer for welcome, he gived us maps and all the informations that we needed for good beaches, tavernas, gas stations .... The pension was very clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. We had every day clean towels. The sea view from the terrace was very nice. The position on the main road was very good even if you need a car to go to the beach.

Wi-Fi it will be great

We staied at Pansion Filoxenia and we had a very good impression. The cleaning was high, Pedro, the owner is very very kind, he would help with everything he could. It is very good value of money. It is situated at the main road in Tsoukalades and it has private parking what is very important. We like it a lot!!

Excellent location, easy access to beaches and town. Daily cleaning. Good Wi-Fi and free parking. Friendly and helpful owner. Strongly recommend.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

It was a very pleasant experience. The Filoxenia villa is a very nice place, it's has an Italian style, with marble stairs, all rooms have bathrooms, A/C, TV, big balcony, wooden style furniture. It's a clean place. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. The location is in the middle of Tsoukalades village, on the main road. It's somehow on the hill. You will need a car or motorcycle to go to the beach (closest 3 km(nice beach also), then 8 km (Agios Nikitas)). There is also a very close and wild beach (Kaminia), ~ 1.5km, 15 min walk , but 30-40 min back (you have to climb back the hill :P )

I think almost everything was very good. If you come by car, then all the beaches are accessible. Maybe an WiFi internet access would be nice for future improvement, but this is not a problem, many taverns offer that for free in Lefkada town, Agios Nikitas, etc..

the hotel owner was really helpful, he always asked if we need anything for the room and he even bought us the coffees one day. The hotel's position is really close to Lefkada and the area around it is very quiet and peaceful.
